Take I-26 East over the mountains to Asheville, NC. Merge right onto I-240/Hwy 19/ Hwy 23 toward West Asheville. Continue straight onto Hwy 19/23. Take a slight left onto Asheville School Road. The pool is in the Rogers Athletic Center.

Christiansburg Aquatic Center

Take I-81 N into Virginia. Take the W. Main St exit (# 114). Turn left. GO 1.3 miles and turn left onto N. Franklin St. The pool is on your right.

Triangle Aquatic Center, Cary, NC

From I-40 E, take exit #291. Turn right onto Cary Towne Blvd. At the mall, turn Left onto Convention Dr. Follow convention drive around the perimeter of the mall parking lot. The pool is on your left.

From I-565, take Hwy 231/431 South (South Memorial Parkway). Go past Clinton Ave, Governor's Drive and Bob Wallace Ave. exits and take the Drake Avenue exit. From the service road, turn right onto Drake. Wal Mart will be on the corner on your right. Go to the second light ( Ivy). Turn left at Ivy. The pool is behind the Boy Scout building which is on the corner.

Shelby, NC, Outdoor Aquatic Center (850 W. Sumter Ave, Shelby, NC, 28150): Take I-26E to Asheville, NC. Get on I-240 W to I-26 E. Exit at Highway 74 East to Shelby. Pass Ingles Supermarket on left. Get in left lane and cross Broad River. Immediately take first left exit. Go to 2nd street on the left and turn left. City Park is straight ahead.

NOMAD Aquatics & Fitness Center (11202 Harris Rd, Huntersville, NC): Take I-26E to Asheville, NC. Get on the I-240 E exit on the LEFT toward I-40 E. Merge onto I-40 E toward Statesville. Take EXIT 123 (Hickory, Lenoir) onto HWY 321 S. Merge onto I-85 N toward Charlotte.
To Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport Hotel: Continue on I-85 to EXIT 33 (Billy Graham Pkwy). Turn Right onto Billy Graham Pkwy. Go about 2.9 miles and merge onto W. Tyvola Rd. Take the first right onto Yorkmont Rd. The hotel is on your right.
To Pool: Get back on I-85 North to exit #52 (Poplar Tent Rd). Turn Left onto Poplar Tent Rd and go ~3 miles. Turn Left onto Harris Road. Pool should be right there.

Lindley Park Pool (Greensboro, NC): Take I-81 N to I-77 South (exit 81) to I74 E (exit 101). I-74 becomes US 52 south. Get on I-40 Business east/Hwy 421 S in Winston-Salem, NC. Merge onto I-40 East. Take the Wendover Ave. East exit (#214-B). Take the Holden Rd exit to your left. Turn right on S. Holden Rd. Turn left on Collier Dr. Turn left on Cliffside Terr. Cliffside Terr. becomes Masonic Dr. Turn left on Springwood Dr into the park.

Freedom Hall, Johnson City, TN
Take I-26 to the Roan Street South exit. Go past the Mall at Johnson City and up a slight hill. At the stoplight, turn right onto Liberty Bell Road (Note: Science Hill High School is at one corner of this intersection.) Follow Liberty Bell around as it curves left past the skate park and ball fields until it "T's" at Pactolas. Turn left onto Pactolas. Take the first left you can (opposite the blue water tower) and go down the drive into the parking lot behind Freedom Hall. The entrance to the pool is behind the green privacy fence.

Legion Pool in Kingsport (site of the Barracuda Summer Invitational): From I-81, exit onto Hwy 36 (Fort Henry Drive) heading north. Pass Dobyns-Bennett HS on your right. The pool is on your right.

Baylor School in Chattanooga: From I-75 or I-59 you can find Baylor by following I-24 and taking exit 178 (U.S. 27 North). After crossing the Tennessee River, take the 5th exit, (U.S. 127, Signal Mountain). Proceed under the overpass, moving to the left turn lane after the second traffic light. The entrance to the campus is located on the left at the third traffic light, directly across from Harry's Citgo convenience store

Clemson, SC
Take I-26 East to North Carolina
Merge onto Hwy 23 South to Asheville
Take I-240 West in Asheville, and then pick up I-26 East again.
Take Exit to HWY 25 South around Greeneville, SC
Turn Right Hwy 354 (Old Easely Rd?) . Turn right on Hwy 124. Merge onto HWY 123 using the ramp on the left.
Follow HWY 123 for about 26 miles into Clemson, SC

Sullivan South High School
Take I-26/I-181 to the Rock Springs Road exit (#49). Turn right and go to the first light (Moreland Drive). Turn left to the first light, which is the entrance to the school. Turn left. The pool is on the far right-hand side of the school as you are looking at it.

Tuscaloosa, AL
Take I-26/181 to I-81 South. Continue onto I-40 West to Knoxville. Turn onto I-75 South toward Chattanooga (exit # 368). Merge onto I-24 West (exit # 2), and then onto I-59 South ( left exit # 167) toward Birmingham. Keep driving. Keep driving. You can either go through Birmingham on I-20/59, or around it on I-459. Either way, get on I-20/59 out of town toward Tuscaloosa. In Tuscaloosa, get off at McFarland Blvd. (exit # 73). Turn right (north). Go to University Blvd. and turn left. The Aquatic Center is on your left. If you pass the little football stadium, you've gone too far.

Take I-81 North to exit 19. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow the Lee Hwy. for approximately 1 mile. Turn right at the 2nd red light...just before the Rose's/Lowes Food shopping center. Immediately after that turn there is another traffic light...go straight and take the next right turn. Coomes is at the top of the hill past the softball field.

Tennessee High School (1112 Edgemont Avenue, Bristol, TN)
From Johnson City: Take Hwy 11E north to Bristol, TN. Turn right (east) on TN 358; take the first right at the light. The pool is located next to the running track. Parking is across the street from the buildings.
From Kingsport: Take I-81 North to exit #3. This will become Hwy 11E. Turn left (east) on TN 358; take the first right at the light. The pool is located next to the running track. Parking is across the street from the buildings.

McCallie School, Chattanooga (District Meet)
Take I-75 to I-24 and follow the signs towards Downtown Chattanooga; exit at Belvoir Ave./Germantown Road; the exit will put you on North Terrace Ave. parallel to the interstate; go 0.8 miles to Germantown Road; turn right on Germantown Road; go 0.7 miles to Brainerd Road; turn left on Brainerd Road; go 1.0 miles, through Missionary Ridge Tunnel; immediately after passing through the tunnel, take the first off-ramp to the right (marked Highway 17), before the overpass; at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Dodds Ave.; campus entrance is 1 block on the left.

ACAC Meet in Oak Ridge, TN
Take I-81 South to where it becomes I-40 West.
From I-40 take exit 376-A (Pellissippi Parkway, TN 162). TN 162 ends at the merger with Rt. 62, Oak Ridge Highway. Continue north, crossing over the Clinch River/Melton Hill Lake Bridge (Solway Bridge) and passing Oak Ridge Memorial Park (on the right).
Continue toward Oak Ridge (take the left road; the right goes to Behtel Valley!).
Arriving to Oak Ridge stay on Rt. 62 (S. Illinois Ave) and follow the sign of AMSE.
At the 4th traffic light - Tulane Ave - turn right. You will pass AMSE on the right. At the next traffic light turn left onto Oak Ridge Turnpike. The Civic Center will be the first building on your left.

Pilot Meet in Knoxville
To University of Tennessee Pool: Take I-81 South to I-40 West. Take the Alcoa Hwy/ 129 exit. Take first exit to Kingston Pike/Cumberland Avenue. Turn left onto Cumberland Avenue. Go approximately 1/4 mile and under the railroad bridge. Take the first right after the bridge (Volunteer Blvd.) At the first traffic light, turn left onto Andy Holt Blvd. Pool is on the right.

Dobyns-Bennett High School (Kingsport, TN)
From Johnson City: Take I-26/181 North to Exit # 5 (Wilcox Drive). At the light, turn right/east. Go past the Eastman Company, and get off at the Hwy 36 (Ft. Henry Drive) exit. Turn left/north at the light. Turn right at Eastman Road (the first light past Pal's) Take the first left, and follow the road to the back side of Dobyns-Bennett HS. The entrance to the pool is on the ground floor across from the track.

Virginia High School, Bristol, VA
From Kingsport and north Johnson City: Take I-81 North to Exit 3 (I-381). I-381 becomes Commonwealth Ave. Turn left onto Glenway Ave. At the high school, turn left onto Green Acres Rd. The parking lot for the pool is the first right and next to the track.
From south Johnson City: Take 11E toward Bristol. Hwy 11E becomes Commonwealth Ave. Follow Commonwealth into the state of Virginia. Turn right onto Glenway Ave. At the high school, turn left onto Green Acres Rd. The parking lot for the pool is the first right and next to the track.
