These directions to the pools in the ETSSL are provided by each team for the benefit of our members. Any questions should be directed to the appropriate team.
To Legion Street Pool, Johnson City (Johnson City Sea Otters): Exit I-26 at exit # 23. If coming from the west, turn left onto Main St / If coming from the east, turn right onto Main St. he first stoplight is the corner of Legion Street and State of Franklin. The pool is on the southeast corner (across from the fire station and next to the post office); Parking is across Legion Street on the southwest corner.
To Freedom Hall pool, Johnson City (Johnson CIty Barracudas)
Take I-26 to the N. Roan Street exit. Turn south (toward Johnson
City). Go past the Johnsonc City Mall. Turn right at Liberty Bell
Blvd. (Science Hill High School will be on the corner). Follow Liberty
Bell Blvd. around past the ball fields. At the stop sign, turn left onto
Pactolas Rd. Take the first left (across from the water tower), go down to
the parking lot behind Freedom Hall to the pool.
To Rogersville: Take HW 11W to Rogersville, at the first red light when you come to the Rogersville city limits turn to the left. On the right you will see the pool. The pool can be seen from the right light as well.
To Ridgefields:
Take I-26 toward Kingsport. Take the
Wilcox Road exit (exit #4). At
the stoplight, continue straight through the light and go 2.2 miles from
the light to the stoplight at Industry Road. Take a left on Industry
Road. At the first stopsign, take a left on Netherland Inn Road. At
the first stoplight, take another left onto Ridgefields Road. Go up the
hill and at the traffic circle, take a right on Pendragon Road. Stay
straight until reaching Ridgefields Country Club. Parking lot on
left...pool on right.
To Blackthorn:
Take I-26 to the Jonesborough exit. Drive toward Jonesborough.
The entrance to The Ridges community is on the right. Take the main
entrance road all the way to the end, where you will find the pool.
Sullivan South High School (1236
Moreland Dr Kingsport, TN 37664):
1) from I-26 (181) take the Rock Springs Road exit
2) at bottom of ramp, turn onto Rock Springs Road -if coming from Johnson city
turn right -if coming from Kingsport-Hawkins County turn left. pass the driving
range on your left.
3) at the stop light turn left onto Moreland drive pass the car wash on your
right, continue up the hill. see south high school on your left.
4) turn left into the 2nd school entrance soccer field on left soft ball field
on left pool will be directly in front of you.
Church Hill Pool:
1. Take 11W(Stone Drive) towards Church Hill
2. Take the first right after the second railroad bridge onto Old Union Road (there is a white sign indicating Church Hill Pool just before the turn and Word of Life Church is on the corner.)
3. After about 1 Mile you will turn right onto Lone Street(1st Church of Nazerene on the left corner).
4. The Pool will be on your left.
