High school swimmers who wish to swim with BSC outside of the high school season            
We realize that some swimmers use BSC to improve for their high school participation, yet see no need to pay for their coach's expertise, 
which they view as free during high school season.  However, these swimmers are benefitting from year-round coaching,    
and they should be fiscally responsible for their fair share of supporting the year-round program.         
The high school option applies only to those swimmers who do not swim in USAS meets during the high school season.    
Multiple, Lump-sum and 2 payment options are available.
